90-Day Warranty Policy

Troovy offers a limited 90-day warranty beginning on the date your order is delivered.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as product failures that prevent the product from working as intended under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

To submit a warranty claim, email support@troovy.co within 90 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem. We may request additional information or ask you to return the product for inspection.

If your claim is approved, Troovy may provide a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

If we ask you to return a product, we'll provide return instructions and let you know how return shipping will be handled.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
